Paradisus Princess del Mar was built 20 years ago and those who worked here from the beginning bemoaned it’s decline although it was not overly apparent. We found the food to be plentiful and generally tasty although we did bring hot sauce and salt. There is a tipping culture here which is simply to help Cubans who suffer from a low quality of life.
